1-)We are beginning with making sure that your pot is clean. It is not possible to make a good tea in chalky pot. It is important to use drinking water instead of tap water. We are filling 2/3 ratio drinking water and put it on the heat source.
2-)When water boiled, we put about 10 dessert spoon original Turkish Tea in the Turkish Tea Pot.
We have a little suggestion here: add a dessert spoon of sugar to pot. Don’t mix the sugar, it will exterminate bitter taste.

3-)We pour boiled water which waited 2 minutes after boiled, to pot till 2 finger size left and fill lower tea pot with water again. Now we need to be careful about boiling speed. We keep tea pot on oven till boil with medium heat. If you think that tea is ready after boiled, you are wrong. Tea’s steep and prettification process begins in this step. We leave tea pot on oven with low heat to steep.
4-)How do we understand that tea is ready?
The best way to understand that tea is boiled after leaving steeped, looking tea leaves if they fell down with pulling lid out after 5 or 6 minutes. If there are some leaves on the surface, that means it is not ready yet.
If there is no floating leaves on the surface, that means tea is steeped. Because the tea completely and properly fell down to bottom.
When Your Turkish Tea Is Ready.
5-)People mostly do mistake of taking pot out of heat source after boiled. Tea on the teapot is an intense and need to dilute drink and show up brighter when it boiled more. In this process, heat must be always low.
6-)How can serve tea?
When tea is serving, steeped tea should poured 1/3 to Turkish tea glass. If you like more bitter, you can add more. Which is almost half a glass. Then boiled water should be added.
